These Terms constitute a public offer within the meaning of applicable Polish and EU law.
The agreement is deemed concluded at the moment the Customer completes payment on the Website.

Services

The Company provides access to digital educational content, including but not limited to:

• pre-recorded online video courses on drawing and art,
• educational materials,
• subtitles in multiple languages,
• The Services are provided online only and do not include physical goods.

Access to Content

Access to the purchased content is granted:

• electronically,
• via the Customer’s account or a direct access link,
• immediately or within a reasonable time after successful payment.

Once access is granted, the Service is considered commenced.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

We do not offer recurring subscriptions (unless stated otherwise). If a subscription is introduced, cancellation instructions will be provided on the checkout page and in the user account.

Payments

All payments are processed via Stripe and its supported payment methods.

Prices are displayed on the Website in the selected currency and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, Customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, by completing a purchase, the Customer:

• expressly requests immediate access to digital content, and
• acknowledges that once access is granted, the right of withdrawal may be lost, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on a separate page of the Website and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of the Services is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access the content for personal use only.

Any copying, redistribution, resale, or public display without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided for educational purposes only.
We do not guarantee any specific artistic, professional, or financial results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland.
