REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on https://www.skilltopus.com/
and forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.
Nature of Our Services
We provide digital educational content, including online video courses and related materials.
No physical goods are sold.
EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the date of purchase.
However, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply if:
- you expressly request immediate access to digital content, and
- you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once access is granted.
By completing a purchase on our Website, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content.
Refund Before Course Start
If the course has a defined start date and the course has not yet started, you may request a full refund.
Refunds After Course Start (Contractual Policy)
If access to the course has already been granted, refunds are handled according to the following contractual rules:
- If a refund request is submitted within 14 days from the course start date and the Customer has accessed less than 50% of the course content, a full refund may be granted.
- If a refund request is submitted after 15 days from the course start date, or if the Customer has accessed 50% or more of the course content, no refund will be issued.
These rules apply in cases where the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply or has been waived.
Non-Participation
If the Customer does not participate in the course or does not use the provided materials after access has been granted, the Service is considered delivered and no refund will be provided.
Payment Method and Fees
Approved refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Statutory refunds under EU law are issued in full, without deductions.
- In cases of discretionary or contractual refunds, payment processing fees and documented transaction costs may be deducted.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have any billing problem or if you think a payment was made by mistake, please contact us first at refunds@skilltopus.com. We will review your case and reply within 5 business days.
If you open a chargeback (a dispute through your bank or card provider), we may pause access to the course while the dispute is reviewed. We may also ask for order details and proof of purchase to investigate the case.

Refund requests are reviewed within a reasonable time.
